Quick! What's the best organizational strategy for keeping things tidy?

A. Color-coded planner/calendar
B. Weekly clean-up dance parties
C. A desk organizer shaped like a taco
D. Two words: Label. Maker.

If you're thinking, "More is more! All of the above!," you may just be our ideal Warehouse Administrator candidate. Along with your top-tier organizational abilities, you're a top-tier human being, too! Whether noting how your co-worker takes their coffee or remembering the mail carrier's birthday, you pay attention to detail. (Then, you surprise them with cafecito during a busy week or a little gift to celebrate another year around the sun!) You also pride yourself on being readily-resourceful, system-savvy, and on top of things-from answering phone calls and keeping up with your email inbox to managing inventory and communicating effectively with outside partners. You've got serious admin-game.

Sound like you? We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team, and we'd love to hear from you!

About you:
    • Like the world's most social butterfly, you fit seamlessly into any group, setting, or meeting. You're a people person through and through.
    • Random acts of kindness are your thing! You're always looking to make people smile, and everyone feels great when you're around. If you could, you'd wrap everyone in a big hug before sending them on their way!
    • Your perfectly punctual email correspondence skills are the window to your soul-informative, delightful, and timely.
    • When people describe your communication style they use words like, "clear" and "effective" (some might also use words like, "witty" and "kind" and "super cool person," but hey, we're not here to put words in their mouth!).
    • You operate with a "Juntos es Mejor" mentality-all day, every day. This is why you're known for bringing people together. You've got a gift!
    • Like Marie Kondo or Danny Tanner from Full House, you thrive when things are tidy. At work, you pride yourself on an organized desk, drawers, and supply closets, too.
    • Being responsible and balanced is your aim, and because of this, people trust you to get things done. You're always 7 (Siete!) steps ahead! ("Proactive" is your middle name!)
