What you will do:
- Act as the Sales process expert and first line for questions from the Sales team to other functions on any activities across Sales Analytics and Support.
- Understand and represent any impacts to Sales from both internal and external processes to flag our Analytics & Support needs.
- Spearhead Sales process development and improvement by identifying gaps, requesting feedback from the appropriate stakeholders, and ideating solutions within the team and with other functions.
- Support development of selling materials through collaboration cross functionally as well as analysis of scan and consumer data and for assortment, placement, pricing, and promotion recommendations in support of business initiatives
- Project manage regular reporting and ad hoc analytical requests to deliver on time, delegating to analytical consultant partners and representing any resource and/or data gaps required to complete tasks.
- Lead and develop a Sales Support team to maintain product platforms and assets, and execute in-person engagements. Determine the optimal split of duties, task/project prioritization, and issue resolution while demonstrating Siete values and spirit.
- Manage ad hoc selling activities or temporary account management responsibilities as needed.
- Travel on an as needed basis, around 10% of the time.
Your experience:
- 3+ years of sales experience required; with experience in CPG strongly preferred
- 1+ years of cross functional coordination required
- 1+ years in a people manager or supervisor role strongly preferred
- Experience with syndicated data like Nielsen, Circana, SPINS, and Numerator preferred
- Experience with industry platforms like 1WorldSync, Syndigo, and UNFI & KeHE portals preferred
- Experience with industry processes and/or teams like trade shows, product commercialization, and supply chain preferred
